SENTA focuses on operational excellence and practice growth so physicians can provide the highest level of patient care-while fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment for their teams.Position Overview:In this role as an Audiologist, you will diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders for patients of all ages, using evidence-based care to improve their quality of life. You'll work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive audiological services, with a focus on accurate diagnostics, personalized treatment, and exceptional patient care across multiple clinic locations.Key Responsibilities:Perform hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing for pediatric and adult patients.Fit and program hearing aids to meet each patient's unique needs.Conduct Auditory Evoked Potentials (AEP) testing.Perform vestibular assessments, including VNG and caloric testing.Administer electrophysiology testing such as Electrocochleography (EcochG).Conduct otoacoustic emissions (OAE) and distortion product OAE screenings (DPOAEs).Provide custom earmolds and musician hearing protection products.Interpret test results in the context of each patient's lifestyle and communication goals.Educate and counsel patients and caregivers on results, treatment plans, and device use.Collaborate with physicians to support accurate diagnoses and coordinated care.Opportunity HighlightsWork across three established clinic locations with a consistent weekly schedule.Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PMProfessional growth within a respected, multi-location ENT organization.Competitive compensation package.BenefitsSalary Plus Bonus ($110,000-$130,000)Medical, dental, and vision coverageHealth Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Short- and long-term disabilityPaid time off and holidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) retirement plan with employer match
