Clinical Director - LICSW or LPC

With over 110 locations in 22 states, our team of more than 1,900 employees serves over 42,000 patients.Position Summary:As a Clinical Director at BHG, you'll lead clinical quality management initiatives across treatment centers within a geographic network. Ensure alignment with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements while supporting clinical teams.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and training to clinical supervisors.Oversee chart auditing and quality improvement processes.Facilitate clinical training and policy review.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.Collaborate with regional and program directors on initiatives.Qualifications:Licensure (LICSW or LPC) and master's degree required.Minimum five years' experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance.Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing.Ability to manage workload and mentor staff effectively.Physical Demands/Working Conditions:Effective communication via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person.Travel up to 50% to treatment centers and meetings.Variable workload with occasional high stress.Standard medical office conditions; prolonged keyboarding.Why BHG?Join BHG, where your career flourishes in an environment built on teamwork and compassion.
