No experience needed!OverviewOur client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The BCBA will play a crucial role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for their clients, conducting assessments, and providing behavior analysis services. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the BCBA will ensure the highest standard of care for their clients, empowering them to achieve their full potential through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining BACB ethical standards, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring exceptional service delivery and effective collaboration with client families and our team.Locations: Garden City and Dearborn Heights, MichiganResponsibilitiesDesign and supervise evidence-based behavioral intervention programs tailored to each client's needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.Provide direct patient care, including behavioral therapy sessions, while maintaining adherence to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.Train and supervise behavior technicians and staff in implementing behavior plans effectively.Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient progress, intake forms, and treatment updates in compliance with regulatory standards.Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in behavioral health and special education.RequirementsValid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy applied behavior analysis, data collection, and diagnostic evaluation methods.Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records, patient assessment, and HIPAA compliance standards.Ability to perform comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals.Compassionate approach with a commitment to patient care and ethical standards in behavioral health practice.
