Required Education:Master's Degree related to Behavioral or Public HealthRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:5 years of experience in Behavioral or Public HealthExperience working with state agencies and behavioral health agenciesKnowledge of behavioral health services and resources on a local, state, and national levelAbility to guide the organization in meeting and exceeding standardsGrants Project Specialist Job Responsibilities:Responsible for oversight and compliance with state and federal regulations and standards associated with the departmentCoordinate processes and internal resources across multiple departments to ensure that the department's requirements are implemented and outcomes metParticipates in providing collaboration and attending meetings with all those associated with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the departmentEnsure that leadership obtains the information necessary to support the organization's goals throughout the implementation and monitoring of the departmentPrepare status reports for the BH Associate Director of special projects and the Director for reviewEnsure that all the department's program development plans and activities are executed in keeping with funding requirements and in keeping with the organization's values, mission, vision, and strategy for the implementation of the departmentEvaluate the department's effectiveness; identify successful and unsuccessful relationships and engage in proactive problem-solving to reduce barriers impacting the successful outcomes in coordination with organizational leaders **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
