Overview The Physician Talent Management Team at Emory Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Physician Liaison to support and enhance our physician recruitment efforts. This role is instrumental in delivering a highly personalized, best-in-class candidate experience while strengthening community partnerships and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Identify opportunities to enhance the physician recruitment process and implement innovative solutions that elevate the overall candidate experience. * Develop in-depth knowledge of the communities surrounding Emory facilities to effectively showcase area highlights, support candidate engagement, and coordinate seamless interview logistics. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with community and corporate partners-including schools, real estate professionals, athletic organizations, and local venues-as well as internal departments such as Marketing. * Create and design digital materials to support recruitment and strategic initiatives, including presentations, dashboards, charts, and reports using tools such as Canva, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. * Provide recruiters and service line leaders with actionable insights on market trends, physician workforce data, and growth projections to inform strategic planning and decision-making. * Collaborate with Emory's Business Development team to strengthen referral networks and support the successful onboarding of new physicians. * Participate in candidate visits to deliver a high-touch, professional interview experience, including articulating referral pathways and market opportunities. * Support the development and implementation of enterprise-wide best practices by creating standardized tools, resources, and processes. Description * Identify areas for enhancement within the physician recruitment process and develop solutions to provide an unparalleled, personalized experience for candidates across the organization. * Develop a functional knowledge of the locations and communities surrounding Emory facilities to effectively communicate area highlights, produce materials to assist with recruitment, and coordinate interview logistics. * Establish strong relationships with community and corporate partners, such as schools, real estate agents, athletic organizations, and venues, to be leveraged during the physician recruitment process, in addition to internal Emory departments, including marketing. * Produce digital design pieces for recruitment and planning to include pivots, charts, and other materials for reporting purposes with Canva, Excel, PowerBI or similar platforms. * Provide recruiters and service line leaders with data on market and physician growth trends, as well as other relevant data and reports that can be used for planning and capital discussions. * Collaborate with the business development Emory team to develop and enhance referral patterns for onboarding physicians. * Participate in candidate visits to provide an exceptional and sophisticated interview experience and assist in articulating referral pathways and market opportunities. * Assist with streamlining best practices enterprise-wide to include developing tools and processes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in business or related field and three years experience or a Master's degree in business, public health, or Healthcare Administration in lieu of experience.
