This position works with children ages 2.5 to 3 years old and plays a key role in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Position Overview: As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing daily classroom activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. You will lead your classroom with professionalism and consistency while maintaining a safe, clean, and positive learning environment aligned with Primrose standards.
