Care will be needed Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, caring, and engaging, with a passion for childcare. Familiarity with important developmental milestones is a huge plus, as well as the ability to find creative ways to help reach them!Schedule:Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMFriday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 PMStart date: Between April 1st and May 1st - Flexible$25-30 per hourResponsibilitiesAll aspects of care and monitoring for one infant, including:Engaging in developmentally appropriate activities to support milestonesBottle and light meal prepMaintain child's schedules and routines as set by parentsCommunicate effectively with parent regarding child's daily activities, progress, and concerns that may ariseMaintain a clean and organized environment for the children - help with light housework such as baby's dishes, bottles, laundry, and organizing toysWalking around a hilly neighborhood in nice weatherRequirementsLegally authorized to work in the United States2+ years of paid, professional infant care experienceMust be able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greaterCPR certified or willing to become certifiedMust have valid photo IDMust have reliable transportation to and from positionMust be able to successfully clear a background and social media checkMust be comfortable with family's friendly catNo smoking on the premisesCompensation + BenefitsCompensation: Position pays $25-30 per hour and the family is looking for 40 hours of care per week.
