Senior Reimbursement Analyst (Contract | Possible Temp-to-Hire) Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Wisconsin) Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST Contract Dates: January 12 April 11, 2026 Work Type: Non-Clinical | Finance / Reimbursement About the Role: The facility is looking for a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to support its Corporate Reimbursement team. This is a remote, non-clinical role focused on healthcare accounting, reimbursement analysis, and financial reporting. There is strong potential for this position to convert to a permanent role for the right fit. If you re solid with numbers, comfortable owning month-end processes, and experienced in healthcare finance, this is a role where your expertise will genuinely matter. What You ll Be Doing: Handle month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Perform AR valuation, contractual allowance calculations, and reserve rate analysis Prepare analytics and reporting related to reimbursement and net revenue Support Finance and Operations teams with reimbursement-related insights and variance analysis Work with large data sets in Excel to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities Help identify process inefficiencies and contribute to workflow and reporting improvements What They re Looking For: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue analytics, or healthcare accounting Strong accounting foundation with experience in journal entries and reconciliations Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets Healthcare experience is required; medical group experience is a plus Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams Work Environment: Fully remote role Standard business hours (8a 5p CST) Non-clinical, finance-focused position Occasional travel may be required
