JOB SUMMARY This position provides medical services, including diagnosis and treatment of HIV patients needing acute medical care. Job Status: PART TIME. 1 DAY PER WEEK. Job Location: 9140 Van Nuys Blvd, Ste 202 Panorama City, CA 91402. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Meet with patients in a clinic setting. * Provide diagnostic assessments and determine treatment of common health problems related to HIV. * Refer patients for specialized diagnostic treatments as needed. * Provide patients with comprehensive information to allow for informed decision-making. * Coordinate with the patient care team to develop treatment plans. * Assess and report on patient progress. * Keep current and accurate records. * Interact professionally with the patient and the patient's family or representatives. * Consider patient cultural, psychological, social, and environmental factors. * Respond to medical emergencies as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned.
