With over 100 customer support agents, six pharmacy partners, and a 50-state clinical network, we're scaling fast, and looking for curious, kind, and solutions-oriented people to grow with us.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to support daily pharmacy operations. This role focuses on order verification (PV1 and PV2), workflow oversight, technician support, and collaboration with customer service to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant prescription processing.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform PV1 and PV2 verification of prescriptions in accordance with state and federal regulationsEnsure prescription accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and regulatory complianceSupport pharmacy technicians with workflow coordination and problem-solvingTake incoming provider and patient calls as neededCollaborate with customer service to resolve order discrepancies and patient concernsAssist with prioritization of orders to maintain turnaround time expectationsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure inspection readinessPromote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamworkQualificationsActive Pharmacist license in good standingStrong attention to detail and ability to manage high prescription volumeExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to patient safety and regulatory complianceBenefits and CompensationOrderly Wellness offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.
