We're excited for you to come and join our accomplished staff of medical professionals!Duties and Responsibilities Performs all duties of a Respiratory Therapist for the facility and ensures quality respiratory services provided are in accordance with physician orders & facility policies. Ensure proper management of all therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Conduct interviewing/hiring/counseling/evaluation process for respiratory staff. Assist as needed with the department work schedule/on-call schedule. Ensure administrative duties such as auditing charts, care plans, MatrixCare data entry, completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., are completed in a timely & thorough manner. Graduate of a CoArc approved school of respiratory therapy, with a minimum A.S. in respiratory care. Respiratory Care Practitioner license required, with a minimum CRT, RRT licensure/certification preferred. Must have 1-year supervisory experience with minimum 5 years clinical experience. Working knowledge of respiratory equipment needed to operate, maintain & conduct routine troubleshooting on various types of equipment with emphasis on mechanical ventilators, tracheostomy care & various O2 delivery devices.
