This full-time role offers an opportunity to lead pharmacy operations in a retail setting, driving strategic growth and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee all aspects of the pharmacy department while fostering collaboration with store leadership and pharmacy staff. Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong partnerships with store operations to engage associates and communicate corporate and departmental strategies. Ensure prescription accuracy through thorough Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance consistent with state and federal regulations. Manage pharmacy profitability by promoting clinical programs such as immunizations, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and other initiatives. Collaborate with district management to control inventory, track weekly sales, and order pharmaceutical products to meet customer demand. Align department objectives with measurable performance metrics focused on operational effectiveness and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service, counsel patients on medical issues, and address customer concerns to build loyalty. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff by directing training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Maintain pharmacy security and orderliness, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Engage with physicians and utilize reference resources to resolve prescription-related issues. Oversee department training and development to improve performance, reduce turnover, and control labor costs. Prioritize operational tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and handling prescription will-calls. Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree. Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License. Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts.
