Job Description:Community based therapy treatment provides services to children and their families to help them be successful in their home, school and community settings. Provides systems advocacy and education to enhance family functioning and stability.Responsibilities:Diagnostic evaluations completed with accurate usage of ICD 10 classifications.Assessments reflect skillful appraisal of client strengths, resources, areas of competence, individual/family/interpersonal dynamics, environmental/cultural and situational variablesIndividual service plans completed on time and consistent with agency quality standardsGoal and objectives are relevant to expressed concerns of clients with services tailored to the unique needs of each clientGoals and progress towards objectives are evaluated with clients and their significant othersCommitment to agency core values is reflected in clinical practicesWell-coordinated referrals to other programs and resources, as well as coordination with team membersRequirements:Master's Degree in Social Work or MH Counseling preferred, Bachelor's Degree accepted in Social Work, or comparable human services field requiredOhio LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT license requiredMinimum of two years of experience working in the behavioral health fieldExcellent organizational, planning and follow-up skillsStrong oral, written and presentation communication skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordBenefits and CompensationFull benefits package includes:Health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement planTuition assistancePublic Loan Forgiveness eligibilityPaid time off and holidaysWeekly licensure supervisionCompany-issued iPhone and laptopMileage reimbursementStarting at $50,000 for dependently licensed and $57,000 independently licensed
