2026 Fairview Family Health Care Career Scholarship

Job Overview Fairview is proud to offer the $750 scholarship to family members of benefit eligible Fairview and Ebenezer employees who will be entering or are currently pursuing a college-level or technical school program within the health care discipline that aligns with Fairview. Family members may include children, grandchildren, siblings, niece/nephew, spouse or other relative. Eligible candidates for this scholarship are: * High school seniors or recent high school graduates who plan to enroll, or students already enrolled in a college-level degree program within the healthcare discipline. * Family members of benefit eligible Fairview/Ebenezer employees (children, siblings, grandchildren, spouses, etc.). * Accepted and enrolled in an accredited college or technical school health care education program. * Completing a program that will help them qualify for positions that are expected to be available within Fairview or Ebenezer. The program can be any level from certificate through doctorate. To apply The applicant should submit an application by Friday, May 15th , 2026 4PM CST. Incomplete, altered, or late applications will not be accepted. * Copy of your educational transcripts (an unofficial copy is acceptable) * Current résumé, including current and former employment, education and training, certifications, special skills, volunteer experiences and/or other professional experiences. * Documentation of acceptance/enrollment If this documentation isn't available, please submit documentation showing proof of application to the program. If offered the scholarship, it will be dependent upon acceptance and enrollment into the program. Please send an email with all these documents to: scholarships@ after you complete the application. * Recommendation from the referring Fairview employee and professional reference. The recommendation forms will be sent directly to the listed references name/email that you list in the next step. Note: This scholarship is considered taxable under Section 117 of the I.R.S. code.
