Qualifications & Desired Experience: Associate or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Current RN license (single-state or multi-state Compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred but not required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills. Ability to respond calmly and effectively in fast-paced, emergency situations. Proficiency with technology and basic computer skills. Schedule & Hours: Day shift, 3 to 12-hour shifts. On-call rotation with a 30-minute callback requirement.
