A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Mammography Technologist to contribute to a leading women's breast care center. This role focuses on delivering high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment, supporting breast health through detailed mammograms, breast ultrasounds, bone density scans, and biopsy procedures. Key Responsibilities: Perform mammography exams including screening and diagnostic imaging Conduct breast ultrasounds, bone density assessments, and assist with breast biopsy procedures Ensure patient comfort and safety while maintaining adherence to imaging protocols Operate Hologic imaging equipment efficiently and accurately Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to provide comprehensive breast care Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in mammography within a high-volume clinical setting Active ARRT Mammography certification required Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory Previous completion of at least one travel assignment, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism Proven ability to manage high patient volumes (approximately 100 patients per day) Skilled in using Hologic imaging machines Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Location Overview: Situated in Lawrenceville, GA, this opportunity is based within a premier women's breast care center renowned for providing comprehensive diagnostic services.
