Responsibilities Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital has a Fulltime Assistant Director of Clinical Services Opportunity! The Assistant Director collaborates with the Director of Clinical Services in all aspects of guiding and administrating the Therapy Services for Our patients. This is in addition to serving as therapist on assigned cases and Program Coordinator on assigned units. A special focus of the Assistant Director is gathering and submitting required data to DCS and other internal leadership team as needed to compile required reporting. Another duty is supervision of Therapy Staff in the absence of or in partnership with (as required) the Director of Clinical Services. Qualifications REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Graduate from an approved college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or closely related field. Current license or eligibility for license as a LMSW, LICSW, LPC, ALC, or MSN in the State of Alabama required. Minimum 2 years demonstrated excellence in counseling and social work Ability to manage clinical therapy programs and milieu Additional RequirementsA strong knowledge of JCAHO, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
