The Hire Mark - JOB TITLE: Clinical SupervisorSALARY: 90k-100k Overview: Our client has been providing innovative services and programs to a broad population of individuals and families throughout the state of NY. The Clinical Director would oversee the clinical operations department within the agency. The director would also be responsible for ensuring and delivering the highest quality of evidence- based services provided to the children and families within our network. Further task would be clinical supervision, program development, staff training, among other day to day administrative duties. Were dedicated to providing a seamless process of providing excellent services across board to ensure best practices are being met. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:o Supervise and support Clinical Staff, including Therapists, Social Workers, and Direct Support Providerso Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. As well as continuously assess and improve programs to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment planso Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant clinical regulations and oversee agency standards.o Function as a clinician within the counseling services, including emergency consultationso Facilitate staff training and professional development opportunitieso Participate in community outreach and partnership development to promote Our client’s serviceso Interdisciplinary Collaboration- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to optimize patient care and interdisciplinary communicationo Oversee client care processes, ensuring timely and appropriate care deliveryREQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/ TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDEo Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldo Valid and current NYS Clinical License: Licensed Psychiatrist/ Psychologist/ Psychoanalyst, LCSW, LMHCo Minimum of 10 years clinical experience in a mental health setting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership roleo Strong knowledge of OMH regulations and evidence-based practicesSKILLS AND ABILITIESo Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skillso Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamo Commitment to cultural competence and experience working with diverse populationso Vast experience in treatment of adolescents or young adultso Strong diagnostic and treatment skillso Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a highly collaborative manner and strong problem- solving abilitieso Strong ability and skills in leading and fostering the professional development of staff memberso Strong oral and written communication skills
