SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Psychologist Intern to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting, working alongside licensed psychologists and other mental health professionals. The intern will assist in providing psychological services to clients, conducting assessments, and participating in treatment planning, all while adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesAssist licensed psychologists in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations.Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans for clients.Provide individual and group therapy sessions under supervisionMaintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Conduct research and contribute to projects aimed at improving clinical practices.Attend team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions as required.Engage in continuous professional development through supervision and training opportunities.Support administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client communications.Observe and learn from various therapeutic techniques and modalities used by experienced professionals.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.RequirementsMust be in a School Psychologist program and provide a letter from the college or university indicting eligibility.Completion of coursework in psychological assessment, counseling techniques, and ethics.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and professional development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.Previous experience in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred but not required.Must be able to pass a background check and adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the field of psychology.Hours:
