Position Title PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Resident Position Type Faculty Department Pharmacy Practice Full or Part Time Full Time Pay Grade VH Position Summary Information Department Specific Information Summary The UH Geauga Medical Center PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Residency Program trains future shared faculty to deliver high quality patients care to a diverse patient population while simultaneously providing experience in academia. Principal Functional Responsibilities * Provide clinical pharmacy services at UH Geauga Medical Center * Provide didactic academic services at the NEOMED College of Pharmacy * Provide experiential education academic services at UH Geauga Medical Center. * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * By start-date, must have a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy * Must be licensed with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy within 3 months of hire Preferred Qualifications Physical Requirements Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment.
