This opportunity offers immediate access to a strong referral network, advanced clinical technology, and the ability to focus on high-quality specialty care within a collaborative team of specialists.This is an ideal role for a provider looking for strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, and long-term growth within a respected, doctor-led organization.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat dental pulp and periapical conditions.Perform endodontic procedures including root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical endodontics.Collaborate with general dentists and specialists on treatment planning and case management.Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient experience.Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.Adhere to all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards.Qualifications:DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.Active or eligible dental license in the state of Minnesota.Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care.Excellent communication and chairside manner.Interest in long-term growth and potential ownership.
