Mindful Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team of clinicians as a Senior Psychotherapist in Michigan.Our Senior Psychotherapists:Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patientsWork collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide individual, micro, and group therapy servicesDeliver ongoing education about Mindful Care programs and services to patientsMaintain timely and accurate session notes within 72 hoursProvide coverage for colleagues as needed and participate in monthly supervision and M&M sessions with the clinical teamContribute to the orientation and training of new employeesOffer clinical supervision to master's level Social Workers when necessaryYour Qualifications:Therapists must hold licenses that allow them to practice independently in the state(s) in which they practice.Active and unrestricted state license; willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure, as requested, paid for by Mindful Care.Uphold HIPAA, state, and federal confidentiality laws at all timesDemonstrate excellent communication, patient care, and leadership skillsAbility to effectively organize, multitask, and manage timeWork autonomously and collaboratively with other team membersStrong desire to work with diverse populations and be an ally to the LGBTQ+ communityFluency in a second language or American Sign Language (ASL) is a plusWhy Mindful CareCompetitive compensation package including a base salary of $70K plus opportunities for per diemEmployer contribution towards Health, Dental, Vision Insurance premiumsFlexible work schedule with 50% remote telehealth and 50% in-office to cater to patient needs (4-day, 10-hour schedule) with all necessary equipment providedMinimal administrative burdens with full-time, on-site billing, and scheduling servicesComprehensive benefits package including 100% Employer paid malpractice coverage, 401k with match, generous FTO plus paid holidays, paid parental leave, and moreOpportunities for career growth and skill development as the company expandsFocus on team well-being as a mental health company prioritizing care for our employeesCompany sponsored events around the world to bring us together, for example, Mindful Care Summer Fun activities and our annual Holiday Gala and Awards CeremonyRecruiting agencies, please do not submit unsolicited referrals for this or any open role.
