This is an extraordinary chance for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to work alongside a dynamic group of professionals, gaining exposure to innovative workplace practices and a variety of clinical leadership styles. By advancing your skills across multiple hospital units-including ICU, Med/Surg, Emergency, and more-you'll strengthen your resume with highly sought-after, real-world experiences. Schedule/Hours: 36 hours per week Day/Eve rotations with every other weekend required; expect some shifts from 11a-11p as needed Night shift available (straight nights) Desired Qualifications: 2 years of recent experience as a respiratory therapist in an acute care environment, with strong ventilator management Associate's or Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy Competency in drawing arterial blood gases Valid CRT or RRT credential from NBRC Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred Key Responsibilities: Deliver respiratory care within a multidisciplinary team across multiple hospital units including ICU and Med/Surg floors Operate and manage PB980 and Hamilton T1 transport ventilators Conduct assessments, draw ABGs, and ensure appropriate ventilator settings Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Outstanding Benefits: Premium compensation with tax-advantaged stipends for housing & meals Expert travel support and reimbursement to streamline your relocation Comprehensive healthcare benefits from day one 401(k) with employer contribution, and job stability Opportunities for career advancement and networking within top-tier facilities Memorable leisure time to explore Boston's best attractions, waterfront trails, and vibrant local culture Immerse yourself in a rewarding role that promises broad clinical exposure and the chance to grow both personally and professionally.
