Full Time Day Shift 8:00am-4:30pm Compensation: $16.50-$26.00/hr The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles Position Summary: The coordinator supports imaging department operations by managing patient outreach, coordinating high-risk screening workflows (including MagView surveys), assisting with scheduling, and tracking program performance metrics. This role serves as a liaison between patients, radiology staff, and providers to ensure timely screening and follow-up care. Key Responsibilities MagView Program Management# (60%) Administer and monitor high-risk screening surveys within the MagView latform Conduct patient outreach to encourage completion of risk assessment surveys Review survey completion status and identify patients requiring follow-up Coordinate next steps for patients identified as high-risk per departmental workflow 2. Scheduling and Reminder Calls (10%) Assists with scheduling outpatient imaging exams across modalities (Radiology, Mammography, Ultrasound, CT, MRI). Provides backup support for Central Scheduling during high-volume times or staff shortages. Places reminder calls to patients regarding upcoming appointments, providing prep instructions as appropriate. Coordinates add-on or urgent exams with technologists, physicians, and nursing staff. 3. Customer Service and Communication (10%) Answers telephones promptly and routes calls appropriately. Provides information and directions to patients and visitors. Assists patients with special needs or language barriers by coordinating interpreter services as needed. Maintains a professional and supportive demeanor in all patient and staff interactions. 5. Documentation, Billing, and Departmental Support (10%) Assists with daily billing reconciliation by verifying order entry and charge completeness. Maintains accurate logs, forms, and clerical records as assigned. Supports departmental compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. 6. Administrative and Clerical Support (10%) Maintains stock of office supplies, forms, and patient-facing materials. Assists with departmental reports and special projects as directed by leadership. Participates in departmental meetings, in-services, and training as required. Requests prior report # images. Marginal Functions (list in order of importance) Performs both essential and marginal job functions in a safe manner as identified by Saint Anthony Hospital and the respective department while adhering to the Hospital#s confidentiality norms and standards.
