Licensed Therapist Full-time in Eatontown NJProgram InformationRHD Ocean County RIST is a residential intensive support team that provides the services needed to maintain independent living with community integration for individuals experiencing homelessness, chemical dependence and/or mental illness. Issues such as chemical dependence, mental health, homelessness, family reunification, and education/vocational needs may be addressed. RHD Ocean County RIST fosters a nurturing atmosphere of trust, support, independence, and safety. It is a program that facilitates growth by building trust between the staff and the consumers. Staff will be available around the clock to provide consumers with individual support and attention. The goal is to support and encourage the development of life skills required to sustain successful living in the community. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, assessment and therapeutic intervention to address the psychological, emotional and social needs to the youth, families and staff at Hope Homes. Duties include formulating evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting individual, group, and family therapy and providing case management functions.Leads the in-house Multidisciplinary Treatment Team (MDT)Works in tandem with the youth, family/ guardian as well as all other members of the MDT providing non-clinical input in the development of individual services plans, treatment plans and joint care reviewsParticipates in treatment conferences, individual educational plan, child family team, emergency review meeting etc.Participants in, in-house MDT, House Rounds, Clinical Rounds and Case ManagersAssessments and DiagnosisManages and Directs Clinical Crisis -ALERT STAUS -Safety PlanningProvides sound clinical treatment to youth and familiesCompletes all clinical documentation - treatment plans ISP, JCR and SNMaintains the clinical recordMaintains Quality Service-Quality, Compliance and Training, COAComplies with all Medicaid, licensing and insurance regulationsProvides psychoeducation, support and guidance to all members of the youth's treatment teamProvides clinical support to Case ManagersQualifications:Master's degree in related field RequiredCurrent NJ State licensure to practice; social work in the State of New Jersey as a licensed social worker (LSW); Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC); Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or a licensed psychologistExperience required at least 1 years of full-time clinical work experienceTraining and other requirementsExperience with Children preferredPreferred Qualifications:Prior Experience working as a Therapist in outpatient IIC and or Residential SettingExperience in working closely with a clinical team/ MDTBenefits Package:Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits401k, Life & Disability InsuranceGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid Training & Career AdvancementA Great Team EnvironmentDailyPay for our team members!Wellness Program & moreAbout Company:Apis Services, Inc.
