SummaryThe Family Medicine Physician serves as a primary care provider for individuals across the lifespan, delivering comprehensive, continuous, and compassionate care. This role emphasizes preventive health, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute conditions, all through a holistic, patient-centered approach. The position is hybrid, with responsibilities split between hospital-based care and outpatient clinics, requiring flexibility and collaboration across care settings to ensure seamless continuity of care.
