Aventura at Walton Hills - Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team. The ideal candidate is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with proven leadership ability and a passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care.As the Director of Rehab, you will oversee therapy operations, ensure high-quality clinical outcomes, support staff development, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
