Job Opportunity - Urologist - Washington StateStart Date: March 2025 (multiple coverage periods available through July and ongoing)Location: Washington StateCompensation: Details provided to qualified applicantsHousing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicantsSchedule: Clinic hours 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Call coverage includes night call (5:00 PM - 8:00 AM) and 24-hour call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM); 5-6 days of call plus clinic per month; 1:6 call rotationHighlights:General urology practice with diverse case mix including cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy, TURP, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, and Botox injectionsRobotic surgery system available on-site for cases as neededActive surgical volume of 20-30 procedures per month with 20-25 clinic patients per daySupportive clinical team including 2 RNs, MA, surgery scheduler, and 2 front office staffEpic EMR system in use; hospitalist team available for inpatient supportMinimum 3-month commitment required with ability to cover 80% of available datesRequirements:Board Certified in Urology strongly preferred; Truly Board Eligible candidates (0-5 years post-residency) consideredActive Washington state license strongly preferred; IMLC with Letter of Qualification in hand at submission will be consideredCurrent ACLS, BLS, and DEA certification required (candidates obtaining certifications if selected may be considered)Clean malpractice history strongly preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong collegial approach with excellent patient and customer service skillsThree-month credentialing timeline; all documentation due three weeks prior to start dateWhy It's a Fit:This opportunity offers a well-rounded general urology practice with access to modern technology and a dedicated support team in a busy department.
