What This Role Involves Providing outpatient psychotherapy with adults and/or couplesBuilding and maintaining a consistent caseloadParticipating in consultation and professional dialogue with colleaguesPracticing thoughtful case conceptualization and scope managementMaintaining reliable documentation and follow-through Clinical Workload ExpectationsTo support access to care and consistency for our clients, Elevate maintains clear, practice-wide workload standards.Full-time therapists: Rolling average of 22 client sessions per weekPart-time therapists: Rolling average of 16 client sessions per weekOur administrative systems and intake processes are designed to help clinicians maintain sustainable, consistent caseloads. Schedule & PresenceThis role follows Elevate's hybrid schedule model, including: A consistent weekly schedule that supports caseload developmentAt least two evening shifts per week (3:00 pm–8:00 pm)At least two in-office shifts per week These expectations support access to care, collaboration among clinicians, and professional development opportunities.
