The Clinical Application Specialist Neurology NCAS is responsible for providing professional Clinical Applications Training and customer support Interfacing with but not limited to NK Sales Clinical Specialist Marketing Service Support IT and PMO to effectively implement Nihon Kohden Systems into customer sites Managing time wisely and efficiently and accomplishing assignments in established timeframes The NCAS presents a professional image with above average customer service skills Essential Functions and Main Duties Develops and delivers customized training and support plans for Nihon Kohden equipment to customer accountsAssembles portable cartsLeads implementation teams to complete projects on time safely and to the customers satisfactionProvides ongoing customer support in person by telephone or through remote desktop solutionsMakes travel arrangements in accordance with company policies and completes expense reports within designated timeframesUpdates product knowledge as operations or features changeMaintains clinical knowledge competence and active certificationManages time efficiently to accomplish assignments within established timeframesSubmits required documentation within designated deadlinesAdhere to all company policies procedures and business ethics codesDuties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business needQualifications Education Certification Experience Required Associate degree in science or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of a degreeA valid drivers license and good driving record are required3 years of experience in either EEG or PSG and one or more of the following disciplinaries; EP LTM NCS EEG PSG or IONMMust have one or more of the following credentials R EEG T RPSGT R EP T CNIM CLTM CAP RNCST CNCT CAPLevel and compensation depend on location experience education and skillsCompetencies Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Always presents a professional image with an above average skill in customer serviceAbility to read analyze and interpret equipment manuals general business periodicals or professional journalsAbility to write reports and business correspondenceAn ability to effectively present information in one on one and group situations to customers and other employees of the organization and use technology to present complex information to customersWorking knowledge of Windows PCs proficient in Microsoft Outlook email applications and efficient with Word Excel and PowerPoint Office programsAbility to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals;
