Job CoachResponsibilitiesThe Job Coach will provide direct coaching and support to students with disabilities on job related skills and exploration in a variety of school and community vocational settings. Duties include direct monitoring and instruction of students in a variety of educational and community settings, collecting and maintaining data, collaboration with educational staff, implementation of behavioral and conflict resolution strategies, and follow-through with student IEP programming to ensure student safety and engagement in the work environment. Job coach may need to assist with mobility and/or personal care within the work environment.
