Job Description

Relief Technician Benefits: * On the job training and uniforms provided * Excellent Health, Dental, and Vision benefits after 30 days * Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick time) * 6 Paid Holidays * Matching 401k * Stable, consistent work * Direct deposit * Overtime eligible (varies) Responsibilities: * The Relief Technician will be required to fulfill the requirements of a Delivery Driver or Installer / Technician, within the specified District or other Districts, as needed. * Read all e-mails and respond as necessary in a professional and timely manner. * Review DCI (Driver Check In) to complete installations, tank pulls, tank swaps, and any service requests, or perform required deliveries. * Meet required daily and weekly KPI's for delivery, installation, or service activities. * Inspect vehicle to ensure Safety and DOT compliance. Qualifications: * Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays as needed and flexibility to travel with minimal notice. * Follow all Safety and operational requirements, policies, and procedures. * High school diploma or general education degree (GED). * Must have a clean driving record that meets NuCO2's Safety Point System. * Mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction process required. * Ability to read, analyze and interpret established SOP's, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. * Have basic knowledge of the permitting procedures, where applicable. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to wear all required PPE as required. * Must be able to lift 55 pounds and frequently maneuver (pull/push) 56 - 175 pounds. * Must be able to occasionally maneuver an appliance dolly with CO2 tanks weighing up to 750 lbs. * Ability to climb in and out of truck multiple times a day. * Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces while reaching over head. * Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and crawling. * Must be able to work at different height levels.
