We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized professional with direct experience in dental insurance, billing, patient accounts, and collections. This role is essential to helping our offices run efficiently and ensuring accurate insurance processing, timely billing, and strong account follow-up. Responsibilities include:  Submitting, tracking, and following up on dental insurance claims   Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility   Posting insurance payments and adjustments accurately   Managing claim denials, delays, and appeals   Billing patients and reviewing patient account balances   Following up on outstanding patient balances and collections   Communicating with insurance companies and patients regarding billing and payment matters   Working closely with the front office and clinical team to ensure accurate documentation and billing   Helping maximize reimbursement and maintain healthy accounts receivable  Requirements: Prior experience in dental insurance and billing is required  Strong understanding of dental procedures, coding, insurance claims, patient billing, and collections   Excellent communication and organizational skills   Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently   Ability to work in support of both office locations  Important: This position requires previous experience in the dental field.
