Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Seymour, Indiana

A Per Diem pharmacist opportunity is available for qualified candidates to provide essential services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 340B pharmacy setting. This position requires expertise with Liberty RX software and offers a structured schedule with no holidays or weekend shifts during the assignment in June. Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (with a lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.) Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (with a lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.) Dates of assignment: June 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 Key Responsibilities: Prepare medications and prescription orders for patient pickup or delivery. Manage inventory control, including ordering equipment and supplies. Ensure proper storage and compliance with controlled substance regulations. Verify prescription accuracy in collaboration with healthcare providers. Maintain records, including inventory logs, patient data, and insurance claims. Provide telepharmacy support as needed. Assist in maintaining pharmacy presentation and customer service standards. Collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Manager on operational needs. Adhere strictly to state and federal pharmacy regulations. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active Indiana Pharmacist license (verified). Immunization license. Proficient with Liberty RX pharmacy software. Submission of resume, skills checklist, and references is required. Spanish language skills are a plus. This Per Diem position is a contract assignment for June.
