About the Practice A well-established private anesthesia practice in the Lexington, Kentucky area is seeking experienced CRNAs for full-time autonomous positions. The practice provides comprehensive anesthesia services for complex surgical specialties, including Orthopedics, Spine, and Vascular cases , operating in a collaborative yet highly independent environment focused on advanced techniques and patient safety. Opportunity Immediate full-time autonomous CRNA job openings are available. This position offers a stable, high-paying role focused on procedural anesthesia, utilizing advanced techniques such as MAC, Spinal, Epidural, and Peripheral Nerve Blocks . Responsibilities Independently administer and manage anesthesia for orthopedic, spine, and vascular surgical cases . Perform and manage advanced regional anesthesia techniques, including Spinal, Epidural, and Peripheral Nerve Blocks . Provide Monitored Anesthesia Care ( MAC ) for appropriate cases. Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans. Continuously monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthetic delivery throughout the procedure. Maintain accurate and complete patient records and adhere to all facility policies. Qualifications Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Kentucky (or eligibility for licensure). Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Strong clinical skills and demonstrated proficiency in regional anesthesia (Spinal, Epidural, Blocks) and autonomous practice are required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Lifestyle & Location Lexington, KY, is a beautiful area known as the "Horse Capital of the World." Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary (W-2): $301,000 . Schedule: Full-time, typical surgical hours (no call, nights, or weekends are specified, suggesting a favorable schedule).
