Orange Blossom Women's Group delivers at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital, a premier destination for maternal care: * Award-Winning Care: A 288-bed facility recognized by Healthgrades for Labor and Delivery Excellence. * Modern Amenities: 8 private labor & delivery suites and all-private postpartum suites. * Specialized Support: Level II NICU on-site for neonatal needs. * Advanced Surgical Suite: Two newly renovated OB operating rooms and access to five Xi Da Vinci Robotic Systems. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive primary OB/GYN care, as well as any traditional surgical gynecology needs. * Maintain a balanced 4-day work week (3 Clinic Days, 1 OR day). * Split call coverage evenly amongst 4 Providers; CNMs cover most of the vaginal deliveries and take primary call. * Utilize advanced technology, including access to the DaVinci robot. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Lactation Consultants and Pelvic Floor Therapists to provide "tons of support" for patients. * Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards. Qualifications * Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Active Florida medical license or the willingness to obtain one. * Passionate about Women's Health and dedicated to high-quality clinical outcomes.
