Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech | Englewood, Colorado

A travel opportunity in the cardiac catheterization lab awaits a skilled Cath Lab Technician with EP experience in Englewood, CO. This role supports a busy cardiovascular unit featuring 2 cath labs, 2 EP labs, and 1 hybrid suite, averaging 10-20 cases daily. Candidates must be ready to assist in scrub, monitor, and circulating roles within a dynamic clinical setting focused on STEMI, cardiogenic shock, CAD, PAD, and atrial arrhythmias. Qualifications/Desired Experience: Current BLS, ACLS, RCIS, and ARRT (R) certifications required If ARRT (R) is not held, CO Fluoro license must be obtained (takes approximately one week) Solid STEMI and cardiovascular lab technician background essential Electrophysiology (EP) experience highly preferred Ability to work with EPIC electronic medical records system Location: Situated in Englewood, Colorado, this vibrant area offers easy access to outdoor adventures including hiking, skiing, and mountain biking in the nearby Rockies. Responsibilities: Provide support in all cath lab roles: scrub, monitor, and circulating Participate actively in complex cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures Collaborate closely with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary team Adapt to variable scheduling and call requirements with prompt 30-minute call response Engage in orientation tailored to unit and department specifics Schedule & Call Requirements: 4x10 hour shifts per week with flexible block scheduling Weeknight call 1-2 times per 6-week pay period Weekend call approximately 2 per 6 weeks Holiday call participation required Floating occasionally within the department only under extreme necessity This is a travel position with a profile review and interview process including orientation week onsite. Candidates must be in-state for orientation and able to commute within a 60-mile radius.
