Schedule: Full-time| Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay Range: $82,000 to $110,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location. What you'll do as a Director of Clinical Care: Lead & Develop Clinical Teams * Train, mentor, and evaluate staff while maintaining effective scheduling and staffing systems. Provide leadership, problem-solving support, and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality care. Ensure High-Quality Resident Care * Oversee resident well-being by collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, supporting clinical goals, and providing hands-on care as needed. Foster strong communication with residents and families. Maintain Compliance & Clinical Standards * Implement best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage medical records accuracy. Coordinate resident clinical needs with internal teams and external healthcare providers. Foster Communication & Improvement * Promote transparency, teamwork, and process improvement to enhance care quality and organizational efficiency. Represent Vivie in industry events and committees as needed. Other Duties as Assigned * The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. This job also requires: * Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota. * Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in clinical care, assisted living, long-term care, or home health. * Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Demonstrated expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, with a solid understanding of patient data management, scheduling, and charting systems. * Knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards. * Knowledge of nursing best practices, regulatory compliance, and care coordination. * Ability to pass state mandated background check. * Physical capability to perform all essential job functions. * Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
