Hearing Care Sales Consultant - Tupelo & Columbus, MS Base + Commission | High Earning Potential We are a growing Beltone hearing care practice serving Tupelo and Columbus, seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to help expand our local market share. This role is ideal for a strong closer who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. If you've been interested in medical device sales, this is your opportunity - we provide training and assist with obtaining your Hearing Instrument Specialist license. Licensed candidates or audiologists are eligible for a sign-on bonus. Compensation & Benefits * Entry / non-licensed: $25,000-$28,000 base salary * Proven sales / licensed: $30,000-$38,000 base salary * Tiered commission up to 12% * Monthly growth bonuses * Top performers earn $90K-$120K+ annually * Group health insurance * 401(k) * Work-life balance: Monday-Friday 8-5, most weekends and holidays off Responsibilities * Conduct needs-based consultations and present personalized hearing solutions * Close sales ethically while exceeding revenue goals * Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention * Help grow referrals and community presence * Work closely with clinical and front office staff Qualifications * Proven sales success (consultative or high-ticket preferred) * Strong communication skills * Goal-oriented and self-motivated * Comfortable working with older adults * Professional, coachable, and performance-driven * High School Diploma or GED * Must be 21 years of age or older This is not an order-taking role.
