Below are some key highlights of the position - Position : Registered Diagnostic Sonographer (10575660) Location : St. Louis, MO 63110 Duration : 8 Weeks Contract Shift : Mon - Fri 7a-5p Note: May be a weekend shift required but this would be rare. No call. Job Description: The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, to adult and pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, and assist with needle procedures (i.e., biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.). May also perform vascular procedures. Responsibilities: This for a pediatric sonographer with pediatric specific experience (heads, hips, spines). Pediatric Sonography Abdominal doppler ( Liver/renal doppler) Vascular preferred GYN ( No Ob) Must be able to keep area/room clean and stocked. Must be able to help with all patient types ( ER, OP, IP, and portables). Must be able to communicate with Radiologist- we are Academic and read out our cases in person Education: High School Diploma or GED. ARDMS Required. 1 year experience. Experience with GE E9, GE S8. E10. Trophon experience EPIC experience
