• Schedule and notify employees of random drug and alcohol tests• Contact new hires to coordinate pre employment drug testing• Assist with previous employer information for incoming and exiting employees• Track leave of absence information and update records quarterly• Gather and maintain documentation required for FAA compliance• Review PRD (Pilot Records Database) reports• Audit forms, identify errors, and ensure regulatory accuracy• Maintain detailed Excel tracking documentsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
