Why Opportunity Partners As part of a mission focused nonprofit that values positive impact compassion and partnership in our community Opportunity Partners will train you for success Join our award winning team where youll do life changing work and help advance the quality of lives for people with disabilities Our staff works together in achieving the common goal that people of all abilities can thrive in the world If you want to earn more than just a paycheck please apply today Job Summary Positive Supports focus on creating supportive environments and teaching practical skills through evidence based strategies We work closely with each individual their staff and their family to ensure that supports are consistent respectful and person centered The Positive Behavior Analyst works under the supervision of a Positive Support Professional completing functional behavior assessments and overseeing plan implementation The Positive Behavior Analyst helps monitor positive support strategies for individuals receiving disability services This role analyzes behavioral data supports person centered planning ensures compliance with Minnesotas Positive Supports Rule 245D9544 and partners with teams to improve outcomes and reduce restrictive interventions The Positive Behavior Analyst collaborates with Behavioral Professionals Program Managers and Direct Support staff to monitor progress identify trends improve service plans and ensure interventions are ethical effective and aligned with organizational values Salary 50000 to 55000 annual salary based upon qualificationsMonday to Friday from 800 AM to 400 PM How will you make a difference As part of our team you will Direct Support & Behavior Analysis Work directly with persons servedAnalyze behavioral data incident reports and environmental factors to identify patterns and root causesConduct interviews and observations for development of FBAsConstruct and monitor Positive Support Strategies and Support PlansProvide recommendations to improve skill building communication support and sensory or environmental modificationsData Tracking & Reporting Maintain accurate records of behavioral outcomes progress toward goals and quality metricsConduct quarterly reviews and write reports for regulatory complianceMaintain records and submit billing in a timely fashionUse software systems myEvolv Excel Word to produce clear actionable reportsReport directly to PSP andor Director of Positive SupportsCompliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with Minnesotas Positive Supports Rule MN Statutes 245D & 9544 organizational policies and licensing standardsMonitor documentation for accuracy completeness and alignment with Person Centered Planning requirementsParticipate in internal audits and corrective action plansSupport staff training related to PBS de escalation and trauma informed careCollaboration & Support Partner with other Direct Support Professionals DSPs managers case managers and interdisciplinary team membersAttend team meetings clinical reviews and planning sessionsSupport Direct Support Professionals DSPs by interpreting data and offering practical strategies for daily implementationPromote a culture of respect dignity and meaningful community inclusion for all individuals served What will you bring to Opportunity Partners Bachelors Masters or PhD in psychology behavioral services nursing human services social work At least two years of supervised experience in social servicesExperience with behavioral supports disability services and data analysisUnderstanding of Positive Behavioral Supports and MN 245D standardsStrong communication organization and data interpretation skillsExperience with myEvolv Excel or data reporting tools preferred Opportunity Partners is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to affirmative action and a welcoming environment for people of diverse communities Our call to advance diversity equity and inclusion is rooted in our organizational values and in our mission
