Rooted in the belief that every person has a God-given purpose, we're dedicated to helping students discover and pursue theirs.Your Role as a BCBAYou will lead behavior supports across a student caseload and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to promote positive, meaningful behavior change.SupervisionOversee behavior programming for assigned caseloadCollaborate regularly with the Behavior TeamLead quarterly Behavior Review Committee (BRC) meetingsProvide individual and group RBT supervision per BACB guidelinesDirect Student SupportConduct formal and informal assessments and monitor behavior throughout the school dayDevelop FBAs and BIPs in collaboration with the IEP team; enter plans into systems (Embrace, EasyIEP)Collect, graph, and analyze behavior dataProvide direct intervention and crisis response using approved proceduresParticipate in all IEP meetings and required documentationConsultationWork with IEP teams to implement individualized plansPartner with families and in-home teams as neededAdminister additional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS)Ensure consistent behavior strategy implementation across environmentsConsult with transportation, classroom teams, and related service providersSupport proactive, least-restrictive behavior intervention practicesInstruction & TrainingTrain and coach staff on proactive strategies, data collection, and crisis proceduresLead Safety Care trainingHelp develop behavior-focused IEP goalsGeneral SupportAssist classrooms and related service providers with behavior prevention and responseSupport arrival and dismissalAssist with student equipment and adaptive devicesRequirementsMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationHoursMonday-Friday, 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m.Includes a 6-week ESY (included in salary)Salary$79,000-$86,000 annually (ESY included)Additional pay based on experience and education$2,500 sign-on bonusBenefitsFree unlimited virtual counseling (BetterHelp)Lifestyle Spending AccountHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending AccountLife insuranceRetirement plan with employer matchIf you're ready to use your expertise in a place where you are valued, supported, and inspired, apply today:Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
