Director of Rehab | Permanent Position Location: Lock Haven, PA, 17745 Position Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, M-F) Salary Range: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour (salaried) Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday) Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department. Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, with at least 2+ years in a Director of Rehab (DOR) role. Previous management or supervisory experience. Valid state and therapist license (PT) and proven experience in rehabilitation management.
