Element has a current opening for a Research Clinician to join our growing team in Boulder County, CO on a full-time basis. The main responsibility of the Research Clinician is to assist the Clinical Study Manager in facilitating the Study in each Laboratory in order to meet customer turn time and requests; to help ensure the Studies are performed to protocol(s) requirements; to ensure that the Studies meet requirements of the Quality System. $25-$45/hr. DOEResponsible for clinical care of participants, according to protocol requirements and/or Element standing ordersDevelops, completes, and maintains source documentsScreens, consents, and conducts study procedures, as designated by the study protocol Adheres to study protocol and follows participants through the study period, per protocolConduct required assessments throughout the clinical trial assessment period• Responsible for maintaining and completing Case Report Forms in agreement with the source documentation and in accordance with the study protocolsAssures clinical supply accountability for assigned trials Accompanies sponsors representatives during site visits and follows up, as neededAccumulates all data and supplies for study closurePerforms procedures (i.e. vital signs, laboratory tests, etc.), as required by the protocol and as allowed by level of licensure and/or trainingMust be a Registered Nurse or Registered Respiratory Therapist with a current license in the state of Colorado/Degree and licensing requiredMust not have any disciplinary action on license historyClinical Research Experience preferred, but not requiredMust be capable of performing all clinical tasks relevant to licensure and/or trainingMust be able to clearly communicate (verbal and written) and interface with participantsMust have good interpersonal skills, demonstrated through interactions with participants, Element staff, Sponsor representatives, etc.Must be detail-oriented and organizedProficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community, with customers and within the companyWell-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs, Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respectPossession of independent problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge and compliance with laboratory procedures, quality and safety requirementsStrong Organizational and Scheduling SkillsTechnical background is a plus#LI-TK1Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
