Care At Home - Who we are: (Copy and paste into browser) The Clinical Outpatient Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the administration and management of oncology community pharmacy operations at the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Pharmacy at Weinberg. This role supports the development and delivery of patient-centered clinical pharmacy services and works closely with pharmacists, technicians, clinic teams, and providers to enhance workflow, operational efficiency, and patient care. The manager oversees both the professional and administrative functions of the pharmacy and collaborates with internal and external partners to support effective pharmacy operations. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Operations. What Awaits You? * Career growth and development * Diverse and collaborative working environment * Competitive Benefits Package * Tuition Assistance Minimum Qualifications: * Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in a Pharm.D. degree or B.S. * Residency preferred but not required * Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland required * Certified by the Maryland Board of Pharmacy to provide vaccinations preferably upon hire and required within six months of employment * Active CPR certification Salary Range: Minimum $54.35/hour - Maximum $95.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
