Their focus is on dramatically improving hearing performance in complex, real-world listening environments-delivering a premium, personalized patient experience.As Fortell expands beyond Manhattan, they are seeking a Clinic Director & Audiologist to lead the launch of their Miami clinic. This is a rare opportunity for a senior Audiologist to help open a new location from the ground up while continuing to practice full-time clinically.Position Overview:In this role, you will serve as both Clinic Director and practicing Audiologist, playing a central role in launching and leading Fortell's Miami market. You will help oversee clinic build-out, establish operational workflows, hire and develop the local team, and deliver exceptional patient care.This position is designed for a highly experienced Audiologist who combines strong clinical expertise with leadership, ownership mindset, and excitement for innovation. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats during the early stages of growth and is motivated by building something exceptional from the start.Key Responsibilities:Clinical CareProvide comprehensive adult diagnostic audiological evaluationsGuide patients through personalized, consultative hearing care experiences using Fortell's AI-powered hearing solutionsFit, program, verify, and fine-tune hearing aids using best-practice protocolsPerform real-ear measurements (REM) and test box verificationDeliver follow-up care, troubleshooting, and ongoing patient supportMaintain high clinical standards and exceptional patient outcomesClinic Leadership & Market LaunchSupport clinic launch activities, including space build-out and operational readinessHire, onboard, and mentor clinical and support staff as the local team growsEstablish clinic workflows, scheduling standards, and patient experience protocolsOversee day-to-day clinic operations once openServe as the clinical leader and culture carrier for the Miami locationCollaboration & GrowthPartner closely with Fortell's leadership, operations, and product teamsShare clinical insights and market feedback to inform continuous improvementUphold and evolve Fortell's boutique, high-touch care model as the clinic scalesRequirementsActive Audiology license (Florida or ability to obtain prior to start)5+ years of experience fitting and dispensing hearing aids for adult patientsPrior leadership, mentorship, or clinic management experience strongly preferredComfort balancing clinical excellence with operational and business goalsStrong consultative communication and patient education skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and scaling a clinicWillingness and ability to travel to NYC for onboarding and trainingBenefitsBase salary: approximately $100,000-$150,000, commensurate with experienceTotal compensation potential: $130,000-$300,000+, including performance-based incentivesMedical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO and Holidays401(k)Paid maternity and paternity leave
