Our supportive culture is built on respect, friendliness, and a shared commitment to exceptional patient care.What You'll DoThe pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical services to all Grand River Hospital District (GRHD) services.Compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs per physician's instructions in a hospital or healthcare facility setting.Consults with medical staff about potential drug interactions, patient medical history, and the use of particular medications. Responds to questions from patients and staff about medications and dosage instructions.Serves as pharmacy representative on interdepartmental committee(s) or may be asked to serve as subject matter expert for projects as needed.Ensures that all required pharmacy data is recorded and maintained and complies with all regulatory, security and hospital procedures.May supervise pharmacy technicians.Performance of these professional functions is generally associated with the practice of pharmacy in the institutional setting.Who We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmDLicensed by the State of Colorado Board of PharmacyMinimum of two years' experience in hospital pharmacy.
