Are you passionate about creating equitable pathways for student success? Prospect High School is seeking a dedicated MTSS Interventionist to lead efforts in providing holistic, data-driven support to PHS students. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between administration and the classroom, assisting Associate Principals in refining MTSS protocols. Your primary mission is to identify and support students in the areas of academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth, ensuring every learner has the tools they need to thrive. MTSS Interventionist - 1.0 FTE SPECIFIC DUTIES: * Utilize stakeholder voice to inform, enhance, and develop MTSS frameworks and practices that support student academic, behavioral, and executive functioning needs. * Conduct needs assessments and ongoing progress monitoring in reading, mathematics, and executive functioning * Actively participate in problem-solving and intervention teams to support early identification and intervention for academic, behavioral, and executive functioning needs within an MTSS framework. * Assists teachers and learning teams in the assessment of the success of the various interventions and develops plans for ongoing intervention for continued student growth. * Collect and analyze student performance data in reading, math, and executive functioning to assess intervention effectiveness and make data-driven instructional adjustments. * Provides consultation to staff regarding instructional interventions. * Research and recommend scientifically based instructional practices used with students having academic and behavioral needs. * Utilize technological capabilities to disseminate problem solving and intervention resources. * Participates in local, regional, and statewide trainings. * Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: * State of Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with any endorsement. * EL endorsement preferred. * Strong foundational knowledge of MTSS/RTI frameworks, data literacy, and behavioral intervention strategies. * Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families.
