DescriptionResponsibilities include: Oversees the mixing of oncologic therapeutics and associated medication.Reviews chemotherapy orders to ensure accuracy and safety.Assists physicians in optimizing drug therapies.Supervision of the oral dispensing center.Participation in oncology disease-related groups to support guideline developmentIssues guidance to the physician group on treatment protocols and ensures compliance with various pathways.Provides accurate drug information to healthcare professionals and patientsExperience:Two years of Pharmacist experience requiredEducation:Pharm.D or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacyCompletion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residencyLicense/Certification:CA PharmD License (Preferred)Salary Range: $136,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year #LI-CS1
